About
Caroline Brown
I am Caroline Brown. I am a qualified, experienced counsellor living and working in Skellingthorpe. I believe that good mental health starts with our relationship with our real self and our core values. Reliable relationships with family and friends, spiritual beliefs, healthy eating and a well-balanced lifestyle are also key to every aspect of physical and mental well-being.
My counselling approach is known as ‘integrative’ which means that it is a mixture of more than one school of therapy. The ideas of Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Cognitive-Behavioural therapies resonate most with me and these are the concepts I draw on in my counselling practice.
I am a mother of two and have two cats. I enjoy painting, reading, swimming, tackling cryptic crosswords and getting together with family and friends.
